- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
- Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our courier partner’s website.
Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and email address are correct while placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur.
If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos of the package and product immediately.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting images/videos.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and products.
We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain cases.
