At Almaara , customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy Return & Exchange process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
  • Product should not be damaged, altered, or used
  • Return request must be raised within the return window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Innerwear or intimate products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Gift cards

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Wrong item
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges based on:

  • Size issue
  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable

For prepaid orders, refund will be transferred directly to your bank account or original payment source.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup service is available in selected pincodes
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer may need to self-ship the parcel
  • Shipping reimbursement may be provided in valid cases

  • Reason for return/exchange

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
